Abstract

The rapid integration of digital technologies in education has transformed learning approaches among children and adolescents, particularly through virtual programs and simulation-based training. Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are essential determinants of cognitive development, academic performance, emotional stability, and social adaptability during developmental years. This study examines the effect of virtual programs and simulation training on the IQ and EQ levels of children and adolescents. A quasi-experimental research design was adopted involving participants from school settings who were exposed to structured virtual learning modules and simulation-based activities over a specified period. Pre-test and post-test assessments were conducted using standardized IQ and EQ measurement scales to evaluate cognitive and emotional development. The findings revealed significant improvement in analytical reasoning, problem solving abilities, decision-making skills, emotional regulation, empathy, and interpersonal communication among participants following the intervention. Virtual programs enhanced knowledge acquisition and critical thinking, while simulation training promoted experiential learning and emotional intelligence through real-life scenario practice. The combined use of technology driven educational strategies demonstrated positive outcomes in fostering holistic development among children and adolescents. The study concludes that integrating virtual programs and simulation training into educational curricula can effectively strengthen both intellectual and emotional competencies, preparing young learners to meet academic challenges and social demands in an increasingly digital world.
